A national hotel chain with easy access
Smile Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi is located near Kayabacho Station, and if you take the subway, you can easily access Ginza and the Tokyo Station area. As it is a nationwide hotel chain, the accommodation fee is also reasonable, which is nice. For breakfast, you can enjoy a Japanese and Western buffet at Gusto, an affiliated chain restaurant.

Use the subway wisely
How about "Smile Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi", which is two subway stops from Tokyo Station? It takes about 25 minutes by train to Tokyo Skytree. You can stay in a twin room at this hotel for a reasonable price.

It's convenient access to the city center!
Even though it's the city center, there are various places such as Shinjuku side and Ginza side, but if you are coming from the countryside by Shinkansen, it's better to stay closer to Tokyo Station. My personal recommendation is the Smile Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi. A single room with breakfast costs about 9,000 yen, but considering the access, it's not bad.
