A local sake bar and soba noodles for a satisfying finale
We recommend "Uan Kanazawa." Omicho Market is also within walking distance. The service at the lounge "Hare no Ma" is appealing, and in the evenings it transforms into a "sake bar" where you can sample delicious local sake from Ishikawa Prefecture (for a fee). You can also discuss your preferences with the staff. From 9 p.m. onward, you can even enjoy complimentary soba noodles. After a delicious dinner outside, return to the hotel for a drink with local sake and finish off with some soba noodles. This is the perfect way to enjoy a night in Kanazawa.
