• I think Country Hotel Niigata is good. It's not in front of Niigata Station, but it's a cheap place to stay. They offer a unique breakfast set in collaboration with Yoshinoya and Mister Donuts. Even though it's cheap, it's a very nice hotel and the value for money is more than enough.
