It's about a 7-minute walk to Yachiyo Bridge over the Shinano River, and the downtown area of Bandai City is also nearby. The hotel is relatively new, so I think it's comfortable. There is also a free buffet-style breakfast with a focus on Western food.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. There is a large public bath with sauna on the first floor, which guests can use for free. There is a Family Mart next to the hotel, and on the other side of the nearby park there is a restaurant where you can eat Hakata's specialty Mizutaki. It is also within walking distance of Hakata Station, so it is probably perfect for the questioner's request.

It is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from Gion Station. It can also be accessed in about 10 minutes on foot from Hakata Station. The large public bath here is a natural hot spring, and you can enjoy a view of the greenery from the large windows. There is also an open-air bath! Another nice point is that they offer free Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night) (ramen).

This hotel is a 10-minute walk from JR Hakata Station, and is located in front of Canal City, so I recommend it. The hotel's natural hot springs are so luxurious that you would never think they were in the city, and there are indoor and soto-yu (public bathhouses), cold baths, and saunas for men and women. There is a breakfast Buffet, but it costs money, and you can eat local delicacies such as motsunabe.

I think Country Hotel Niigata is good. It's not in front of Niigata Station, but it's a cheap place to stay. They offer a unique breakfast set in collaboration with Yoshinoya and Mister Donuts. Even though it's cheap, it's a very nice hotel and the value for money is more than enough.

It is located about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. The large public bath here is quite spacious, but it is clean and very comfortable. It opens at 6am, so it is nice to take a morning bath. For breakfast, we had Buffet in the bright restaurant. There were many light dishes on the menu that are easy for women to eat in the morning. They also serve Hakata-style foods such as mentaiko, okuyu, and gameni.
