• Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached by public transport from Nishitetsu Shinkyo (Sacred Bridge) Station, or by subway from the airport to Shinkyo (Sacred Bridge) Station, and this city hotel is easily accessible from Shinkyo (Sacred Bridge) Underground Shopping Mall in the downtown area. It is currently undergoing renovation, but the rooms before the renovation are particularly affordable.

• I recommend the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel, which is directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. It is a locally owned hotel that specializes in tourism. An extra bed can be added to the twin room. A woman of average height can sleep comfortably.

• To get to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, you can take the train or the bus, but the time it takes is not much different. I recommend the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel, which is directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station. It takes less than an hour to get to Dazaifu from here.
