An inn where you can enjoy local sake, including sake tasting comparisons

Niigata is famous for its sake, so many inns offer local sake, but this one in particular has a wide variety, so I recommend it. They have a wide variety of sake, including the sake "Echi no Hatsuume." The food was delicious local cuisine made with local ingredients, and it went really well with the sake. You can relax in open-air bath while looking out at the garden, and the rooms also have a great panoramic view of Nature, so it was a really nice inn.
