  • Mikuniya Ryokan
  • Kinosaki Onsen Family Trip! Can you recommend a traditional ryokan to enjoy the old-town atmosphere and hot springs?

I'm planning a family trip to Kinosaki Onsen. Since we're visiting this special town, we really want to enjoy the nostalgic, old-town atmosphere, the charm of the onsen streets, and the hot springs themselves at a leisurely pace. Could you please recommend a historic ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen with that nostalgic feel?

  • You Will Love the Calming Japanese Ambiance

  • Another great option is Oyado Suizansou in Kinosaki Onsen. It's an excellent choice for those who wish to spend a tranquil time enjoying the hot springs. After unwinding in your room's private bath, you can savor delicious cuisine featuring an abundance of local, seasonal ingredients. They also offer plans that allow you to enjoy your meals in a private dining space, which is perfect for families seeking a quiet, special experience.

  • A long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) that still retains the atmosphere of hot springs

  • Located near Kinosaki Onsen Station, this is a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a nostalgic latticework that has been in business for over 100 years. Although it is only dinner, it is served in the room, so you can relax in your room without having to move. In winter, the crab full course is good, but the Japanese banquet filled with various seafood and mountain produce is also delicious. There are three private baths that you can rent, so you can relax in your own private space. It is conveniently located for visiting the outdoor Visiting hot springs, and they also rent out colorful yukata, so you can enjoy a stroll around the hot spring town to your heart's content. It is a wonderful Ryokan (Japanese inn) that retains the hot spring atmosphere that is typical of Kinosaki.
