Traveling to Kagoshima by Shinkansen: Are there any accommodations that have a shuttle bus to the main station in Ibusuki Onsen?
I'm going to Kagoshima on a business trip with a colleague. We are planning to take the Shinkansen from Kagoshima to Ibusuki Onsen. It would be nice if there was a shuttle bus to Kagoshima Chuo Station, but if there isn't, please let me know of a hot spring inn that has a shuttle bus to the main station, considering that we will return by Shinkansen.

- We recommend Ibusuki Shusuien. We provide a shuttle service to JR Ibusuki Station. This is a hot spring inn where you can feel the Japanese atmosphere as soon as you stand in front of the entrance. Looking out at the garden next to the lobby, you will feel that it was worth coming all the way there. The baths 100% natural hot spring, and the open-air rock baths at night are relaxing. For meals, you can enjoy seafood and mountain produce from the south.アラート's answer (Posted on:2021/3/ 1)

It would be better to go to Ibusuki Station to avoid losing time.
-
Ibusuki Onsen is over 50km away, so if you consider the transportation time, it's probably better to take the JR Ibusuki Makurazaki Line to Ibusuki Station. The large public bath is large, and the adjacent open-air bath is also charming. Although it costs money, the semi-open-air private bath is soothing. The recommended room is a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats. For meals, you can enjoy seasonal kaiseki meals that make the most of seasonal ingredients.一郎ちゃん's answer (Posted on:2019/7/25)
