Relatively close to Fushimi Inari
- There are many guesthouses near Fushimi Inari, but this is probably the closest proper hotel. However, I think it will be difficult to get a reservation for New Year's Eve unless you plan to move very early. Trains in Kansai run all night from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day, so even if you stay independent guest cottages from Fushimi, you won't have to worry too much about transportation. If you can't get a reservation at this hotel, it might be a good idea to look for one a little closer to Osaka.
