• From the open-air bath at this inn, you can enjoy the greenery during the day and the starry sky at night, allowing you to relax and enjoy the hot springs. The food is a kaiseki course made with local ingredients. They also serve handmade soba noodles, which are fragrant and delicious with a smooth texture. There are several meal plans available, so I went for the steak tasting. It was a luxurious meal that meat lovers could enjoy, as I could enjoy Hanazawa beef and Yamagata beef at the same time. It was delicious, with a melting softness. The mountain view spreads out from the rooms, allowing you to relax and unwind.
