I'm looking for a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Kiso to introduce to my overseas friends!
A friend from overseas is coming to Japan soon, so we are in the process of planning where to stay in Japan. He plans to travel from Tokyo to Kyoto, so he would like to stay at a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn). He is looking for a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) in the Kiso area that is easy to access during his trip. Please let me know your recommended Ryokan (Japanese inn)!

- The attraction of this inn is the large bathhouse, made with Kiso cypress. The large bathhouse, filled with the scent of cypress, is extremely relaxing. There is also a private family bath and a private open-air bath with a view, so you can enjoy a variety of hot springs. A lot of Kiso wood is used inside the inn, so you can feel the warmth of the wood. There is even a wooden fan made from a single piece of wood, which I think is an experience that can only be had at this inn. The food is sourced from ingredients mainly from the Kiso region of Nagano Prefecture, and was visually gorgeous and delicious.みこっち's answer (Posted on:2023/12/ 1)

A mountain Ryokan (Japanese inn) popular with foreigners
-
This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) with hot springs located in the mountains, surrounded by the rich nature of Kiso-gun, Nagano Prefecture. It is popular with foreigners. There is also an open-air bath with a great sense of openness, and the atmosphere of the inn was very comfortable. The starry sky from the open-air bath was wonderful. Each dish of the food was carefully prepared and very delicious.ササラ's answer (Posted on:2023/10/27)
