Please tell me about recommended hot spring inns and tourist spots around the Shimanto River in Kochi Prefecture and in Kochi City!
I'm traveling alone in Kochi Prefecture. I plan to stay two nights around the Shimanto River and one night in Kochi City. If you have any recommendations for hot springs, sightseeing spots, leisure activities, etc., please let me know. I'm a man in my 50s traveling alone and I plan to travel around by rental car.

Enjoy a reasonable hot spring trip in a single room
- Sansuien is a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), but it does have single rooms, which is unusual. Therefore, even solo travelers can stay here without wasting money. The large indoor bath is spacious and open, and the open-air bath was also very pleasant. The food was made with local Tosa delicacies and local sake. The single room had a fluffy futon and I was able to sleep comfortably.
