  • I'm going on a solo trip to Gero Onsen. Can you recommend a place to stay with a Japanese-style, relaxing room?

I'm thinking of going to Gero Onsen by motorcycle. Please tell me a good hot spring inn with a Japanese-style, relaxed atmosphere for a man traveling alone. I'd like something around 13,000 yen per night with meals and free parking.

Breezbay Hotel and Resort Gero

1800-1 Ogawa

  • Good value for money, solid hotel

  • This hotel is located a little independent guest cottages from the center of Gero Onsen. However, the hot spring water is of good quality in Gero, and in addition to the large public bath, there is also an open-air bath. It is clean and comfortable to soak in, and will help you relax after your trip. And since this is a BBH hotel, the price is low and parking is free. There are BBH hotels all over the country, but this hotel is definitely a hit. So the value for money is excellent. The rooms are fully equipped with Japanese-style rooms, and the meals are very filling. I think you will be satisfied with the delicious food made with Hida beef and locally produced ingredients. The customer service was also excellent considering the price.
