• Kyoto Tower Hotel has 37 rooms that were just renovated in 2024. It's new, so you can stay very comfortably. It's not so much that the hotel itself is instagrammable, but rather that Kyoto Tower is instagrammable, so I recommend it. It's also close to Kyoto Station, and there are many instagrammable worthy places in the Kyoto Station building.

I always have a light dinner because I look forward to breakfast, and only eat the free Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night) (ramen) that is served late at night. Each store has a local menu at the breakfast buffet, and this store had seafood bowls and green tea soba.

• If you're looking for instagrammable in Kyoto, how about visiting Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama? This Ryokan (Japanese inn) is located in front of Hankyu Arashiyama Station, and is just a 4-minute walk from Togetsukyo Bridge, making it extremely accessible. On a first-come, first-served basis, there was a service where you could choose your yukata and obi belt, which my girlfriend was happy about. In addition to the large public bath, there are many private baths where you can relax. After the bath, we were given free ice cream, which was delicious. For dinner, we had all-you-can-eat obanzai and freshly fried tempura. It was a very satisfying trip.
