It is also conveniently located to nearby tourist attractions such as Yumura Onsen town. There are rooms with open-air baths, and the bath water in all rooms is drawn from hot springs. The food is also delicious, with Tajima beef and Matsuba crab caught in the Sea of Japan. I have spent New Year's at Asanoya many times, and it has always been a satisfying holiday.
