The highly acidic sulfur springs are highly effective at moisturizing and beautifying the skin, and the warmth lasts even after you have finished bathing, so it feels great. For food, we recommend the Japanese kaiseki course that makes use of delicious local Yamagata beef, and they also use fine, firm rice from the prefecture, which makes the juicy Yamagata beef taste even better. This is a recommended inn where you can enjoy both the hot springs and the gourmet food.
