• It's not a very large hotel, but the open-air baths are amazing! There are three of them. You can enjoy the hot springs to the fullest, including the rare open-air bath in a houseboat, the garden bath with a view of the Nio statue, and the large Mixed-Gender Hot Springs with a view of the Kinugawa River below. Meals are standard, but you can check in early and have fish you catch yourself (rainbow trout, rock char) from the fishing pond on the premises grilled for dinner.
