Can you recommend a place to stay near autumn foliage spots in Kinugawa Onsen?
I'm planning to go to Kinugawa Onsen in November. It will be the season for autumn leaves, and I've heard that there are spots to see autumn leaves in Kinugawa, such as Ryuokyo Gorge. Can you recommend any lodgings near those spots?

- Located along the Kinugawa River, this hotel is perfect for enjoying the autumn leaves. All rooms have a semi-open-air bath. You can spend a luxurious time enjoying the autumn scenery from there while soaking in the flowing water of Kinugawa Onsen. Of course, even from the open-air bath in the large communal bath, the natural scenery, mainly of the mountains, spreads out before you, which is very soothing. For meals, they serve multi-course kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with seasonal ingredients. And in the evening, you can enjoy the bar lounge with an adult atmosphere, making this an inn where you can immerse yourself in a luxurious atmosphere. The nearest station, Ryuokyo Station, is 30 minutes from Kinugawa Koen Station, and a shuttle bus is available from the station.チャビ's answer (Posted on:2023/10/23)

Sasane Villa along the Kinugawa River, perfect for the autumn foliage season
- This hot spring inn is surrounded by lush greenery, and is located in a place that would be perfect instagrammable in the autumn foliage season. If you go up along the Kinugawa River, you will come to Ryuokyo Gorge, which is about a 10-minute walk away. There are 16 guest rooms in total, and all rooms have a semi-open-air bath with 100% natural hot spring, so you can enjoy the hot spring while looking out at the Kinugawa River from your room. For dinner, you can enjoy kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with seasonal ingredients selected from all over the country.nanochip's answer (Posted on:2020/10/17)
