  • Chichibu Onsen Hananoya
  • Are there any accommodations in Chichibu Onsen that have open-air baths in the rooms?

Are there any inns in Chichibu Onsen that have rooms with open-air baths? It would be even better if it was an open-air bath in a hot spring, but it doesn't have to be a hot spring.

  • A relaxing inn with rooms all with open-air baths

  • This is a hot spring inn with a relaxing Japanese atmosphere, where all rooms have an open-air bath. You can enjoy creative Japanese cuisine. The open-air bath in your room can be enjoyed 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy the hot spring to your heart's content.

Nagatoro Choseikan Ryokan

  • The most attractive feature is the open-air bath

  • This is a luxurious inn where you can enjoy the Nagatoro Valley of the Arakawa River from your room, and also enjoy the view from the open-air bath. The indoor bath uses bamboo vinegar, which has excellent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, and deodorizing effects. You can also see the valley from the open-air bath, so this is an inn where you can enjoy Breathtaking view from anywhere. For meals, please enjoy the ``Japanese kaiseki kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )'' centered on seasonal ingredients, local ingredients, and seasonal mountain and river produce. The ``salt-grilled river fish'' is delicious.

Wadoh Ryokan

  • Of the 38 rooms, 14 have open-air baths - hot springs!

  • I don't know how many people there will be, but if you are traveling alone, there are only five rooms available, so it's best to make a reservation early. The baths were opened in the time of Takeda Shingen, so it is an old hot spring area with a long history, and the hot springs are called Wado mineral springs, which have high healing powers, and are also called Yakushi no Yu. The baths at our hotel are also wonderful, and the indoor rock bath and the open-air bath surrounded by trees beyond are very relaxing and nice baths. There is also an indoor cypress bath and a large open-air bath next to it. It is also nice that you can use all of them until the morning except for cleaning time (1 hour). There is also a private bath and a private rock bath that is just the right size for two people, and although reservations are required, they are free. For meals, you can eat a generous kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )with seafood, and in the morning, you can have a breakfast with miso potatoes, a B-class gourmet food called a country breakfast.

Hotel Miyama

1294, Yamada

  • A Japanese-style room with the largest open-air bath in the area

  • In the Chichibu Onsen area, this Japanese-style room with an open-air bath is the largest in terms of size. It is OK for 5 or more people. There are 3 rooms to choose from, each with a different atmosphere. You can see the natural scenery outside from the bath in each room. However, please note that the water is not from a hot spring. Meals can be served in the room depending on the number of people, and private rooms will be available for 5 or more people. It is a wonderful hotel with good hospitality.

  • Enjoy the magnificent scenery and the high-quality hot springs all to yourself

  • From the open-air bath in this guest room, the natural beauty spreads out before your eyes, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious time. The bathtub was round and made of cypress, but other rooms have different bathtubs, so you can choose whichever you prefer. The room was a Japanese-style room that was not too luxurious and was relaxing. The overall atmosphere was rustic, so it is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time.
