  • What are the best places to stay in Awara Onsen for solo travelers?

I'm going to Awara Onsen by myself, so please let me know your recommended accommodation. I'd like to have meals in my room if possible. Also, I'd like a good accommodation that's not too cheap.

  • This is a popular hotel where I stayed two years ago. They serve meals in the room, so you can stay even if you're alone. It's also budget-friendly, so it's just within the budget if you're on a weekday. The room was very clean, the service was polite, and I had a pleasant stay. They also have a wide variety of local Fukui sake, which went well with the food.

There is a free shuttle from Awara-Yunomachi Station, making this an easily accessible inn. The inn has a spacious indoor bath (with sauna) that can accommodate 100 people at a time, an open-air garden bath, as well as private baths and private rock saunas.
