There's even a private bath for just the two of you and your mother. And as for food, you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine made with plenty of seasonal ingredients from the local Echizen region, such as crab stew (fried Chinese cabbage and daikon radish). The delicious Fukui seafood dishes, such as yellowtail shabu-shabu, squid sashimi, and grilled sweet shrimp, are particularly delicious.
