• I was looking for a place within walking distance of the Churaumi Aquarium and with a large public bath, and this is the hotel I came across. I stayed here with my family in early spring a few years ago, and was surprised at the reasonable price, considering that it had not only a large public bath but also an indoor pool. There is a sea station next door, so you can easily buy souvenirs and eat (we enjoyed a barbecue here for dinner). They don't offer plans that include breakfast, but they do have plans that are within your budget. By the way, there is a shuttle bus to the Churaumi Aquarium, which is convenient (it's also a 15-minute walk).
