I want to go on a trip to Kagoshima! Are there any recommended lodgings where I can take a sand bath?
We are married couple in our 30s. We will be staying in Kagoshima for 2 nights and 3 days in early February. Please let me know if there are any inns that have sand baths or are close to sand bath spots. If there are any Breathtaking view view, such as a view of Sakurajima, I would like to try them.

- There is a sand bath in the facility, so it is convenient. It is a high-class Ryokan (Japanese inn) with an ocean view, and the facility is very spacious. The bath is large and recommended. There is a shochu dojo where you can enjoy shochu, and there are many shochus available in the shop, so why not buy some as souvenirs?ウイングチップ's answer (Posted on:2017/3/15)

I think the satisfaction rate is 100%.
- When it comes to sand baths, Ibusuki Onsen in the southern part of the Satsuma Peninsula is the most famous. There are many Ryokan (Japanese inn) and hotels scattered around Ibusuki Onsen, but I think Hakusuikan is in a class of its own among them. It is located at the foot of Mt. Uomi, overlooking Kinko Bay, and there is also an art museum on the premises. What makes it stand out above all else is the many elaborately designed baths, and I'm sure you will be pleased with the delicious food.ユーザー's answer (Posted on:2016/12/13)

open-air bath is also an attractive feature of this inn.
- I recommend Ibusuki Hakusuikan. It is about 2km from Nigatsuda Station on the Ibusuki Makurazaki Line. It is a 7-minute taxi ride from the station. It is a Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a natural sand bath. Due to its location, you cannot see Sakurajima, but if it is clear, you can see the starry sky from the open-air bath.あぶ's answer (Posted on:2014/6/ 4)

A hotel with a great view facing Kagoshima.
- I recommend Ibusuki Hakusuikan, a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) famous for its very rare natural sand baths. There is also a regular large bath and an open-air hot spring bath. The food is kaiseki cuisine, mainly seafood, made with plenty of local produce. You can't see Sakurajima from the coast of Ibusuki.なな's answer (Posted on:2014/6/ 4)

There is a natural sand bath and a unique large hot spring bath.
- If you're looking for a sand bath in Kagoshima, I highly recommend "Ibusuki Hakusuikan." They have a natural sand bath that is rare worldwide. It will remove waste from your body and leave your skin smooth. Of course, they also have a regular hot spring bath. This is also a very unique bath and is very interesting!るき's answer (Posted on:2014/6/ 4)
