I'm planning a hot spring trip with three friends for February, and we're looking for a ryokan with amazing snowy scenery. We're especially hoping for a place with breathtaking views from the open-air bath and excellent service. Our budget is around 30,000 yen per person, and we'd love some recommendations in or near Nagano and Yamanashi

The view of snow from the open-air bath is magnificent
- This hotel does not have an indoor bath, only a covered open-air bath, but the view from the open-air bath is spectacular. It gets quite cold at this time of year, so your face will get quite cold, but you can take a relaxing bath while looking at the beautiful view.
