• The Toyoko Inn chain is always clean and functional, making it a reliable base for any trip. There was enough space to organize our luggage, and it was comfortable for two people. Since the Randen (tram) station is right there, taking a unique route to the Arashiyama sightseeing area was a lot of fun. If you're a first-time visitor to Kyoto worried about complicated transportation, this is definitely the place to stay.

• The free breakfast service was perfect for us, who wanted to save money on travel expenses. The menu was simple, with rice balls and miso soup, but the savings on breakfast were huge! The Shijo-Omiya location means there are more restaurants than around Kyoto Station, and the good thing about it is that you can stay for cheaper in the evenings. Considering the price and service, I don't think you can find a better value hotel.

• このホテルの最大の勝因は、目の前のバス停です。今回は清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山と広範囲を巡りましたが、主要な観光地行きのバスが次々と来るので移動が本当にスムーズでした。阪急電車の駅もすぐ近くなので、京都の中心地（河原町）に出るのも楽。価格が手頃なのに、交通の便が良すぎて、次回もリピート確定です。
