  • Seeking Affordable Weekday Stays in Arima Onsen

I'm planning a trip to Arima Onsen, a famous hot spring town in Japan. I'm hoping to find some great deals by visiting on a weekday. Could you recommend some cheep hot spring inns for a weekday stay?

  • Just a 10-Minute Walk from Arima Onsen Station – Enjoy the "Silver Spring"!

  • Just a 10-Minute Walk from Arima Onsen Station – Enjoy the "Silver Spring"! Maple Arima is a fantastic choice! While Arima Onsen has a lot of hills, this ryokan is only a 10-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station. It’s a gentle stroll, almost like a leisurely walk through the town (I even managed to walk to a hotel further up the hill!). They also offer a shuttle bus service from Arima Onsen Station, though reservations are required. For a weekday stay, you can snag a room-only plan for around 8,000 to 10,000 yen per person, which is incredibly cheap for Arima Onsen! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, so you can enjoy dinner out and then come back to soak in the "Silver Spring" (Ginsen), a famous Arima Onsen specialty.

  • Indulge in 6 Types of Baths and a Sauna for Around ¥20,000 – Perfect for Solo Travelers!

  • Maple Arima offers an exceptional onsen experience, featuring the "Toyoju-no-Yu" (Silver Spring) in six different types of baths: full-body, reclining, waterfall, bubble, walking, and pressure jet baths. They even have a far-infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation. For meals, you can choose from various kaiseki (traditional multi-course) options, ranging from delicious yellowtail shabu-shabu to premium Kuroge Wagyu beef steak or shabu-shabu, and even exquisite Ise Ebi (spiny lobster) dishes. The ryokan is conveniently located, just a 12-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station, putting you close to the charming hot spring town. If you opt for a breakfast-only plan, the price drops below ¥10,000, allowing you to enjoy dinner out in the town's many eateries.

  • There are great value plans available that include one night stay and two meals.

  • This hotel has a large public bath with various types of baths, including Lying-down bath and utase-yu(a stream of hot water falling down on your shoulders like a small waterfall). There is also a plan that allows you to enjoy a wonderful course meal only on weekdays, so you can stay at a great price. The large public bath is switched between men and women, so you can enjoy two baths in one night, making this a great deal!
