It's best to choose a hotel that is easy to find to the venue. How about "Hotel Trusty Tokyo Bayside"? It's about a 5-minute walk to Tokyo Big Sight. There is a shuttle bus, but if you are not comfortable with Japanese, it may be more comfortable to walk.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Akihabara Station. Akiba Fukuro is also just a 5-minute walk away. This hotel has a large public bath (including an open-air bath) that you can use all night, yet the accommodation rates are very reasonable. It's also perfect for couples.

If you are coming from overseas, you will probably be coming via Narita Airport. If you are coming from Narita Airport, I recommend the Royal Park Hotel in Suitengu. The limousine bus stop is next to Hakozaki Air Terminal, so it is easy to get to the city center from Narita. The beds at this hotel are large and long enough to sleep comfortably.

This is a classic hotel for couples, and I highly recommend it. It's a business hotel, has a stylish interior, and is conveniently located near the station. The TV screen is large, so it's like a private movie theater for two. The breakfast Buffet is good, but dinner is recommended. The restaurant in the building is a standing bar, and you can enjoy their specialty steak at a reasonable price. The portions are generous and the taste is great.

Among them, Tokyo Station Hotel is the hotel most suitable as a gateway to the palace. In particular, the view of the palace across Gyoko-dori Street from the junior suite located in the center of the station building is spectacular. 丸ノ内ホテルであれば、ほぼ東京駅と地下通路で直結になっているので、地下から行けば、雨にぬれずにホテルにチェックインできます。東京駅に近いホテルに泊まると東京都内だけでなく、JRを使って東北や関西にも行きやすく、羽田空港、成田空港にも出やすいのでお勧めです。ホテルのベッドも比較的大きく、バスルームも広いです。

私もプライベートで京王プラザホテルは何度か利用しました。非常に格式高いホテルですが、ビックリするのは訪日外国人の数の多さです。朝、朝食会場に行くと、周りはほとんど外国人の方。そのためスタッフの方々も多く外国人が雇われているようです。対応に不慣れなホテルよりも、普段からインバウンド客の相手に慣れているホテルのほうが快適に過ごせるのではないでしょうか。

I recommend "Keio Presso Inn Kayabacho", which is two stops from Tokyo Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. It's cheaper than you'd expect. There is a Lawson on the first floor, and you need a card key, but you can go there directly from inside the building.

This hotel is located on the upper floors of a building, and the views from the rooms and restaurants are amazing. It is also just a short walk from Tokyo Station, so it is very convenient for business and sightseeing. In particular, from the restaurant, you can see the trains from Tokyo Station running directly below, so you will be amazed at how good the location is.
