Located about a 15-minute walk from the south exit of JR Kofu Station, this hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced. It is also a clean hotel with rooms for three people. It is close to Yamanashi Station and easy to get to wineries, and is also recommended for its easy access to wineries at Isawa Onsen Station.

Hotel in Katsunuma Grape Hill

This hotel is about 15 minutes by car from Katsunuma Budo-no-Oka. It is a chain hotel and relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a large public bath that is switched between men and women at different times. The building is old, but it is well kept so it doesn't bother me too much. There are no restaurants in the area so I think you will have to eat at the hotel, but there are a variety of menus in the hotel so you can enjoy it.

「ホテル春日居」さんをおすすめします。場所は、石和温泉街の中にあり笛吹川沿いです。ホテルのソムリエが監修したワイナリーのガイドマップや地元の人しか知らない情報などが乗っている観光マップがあるので、フロンテで確認してください。ホテルには温泉もあり、開放感のある大浴場はとても広いです。露天風呂もあります。ワインバーもあるので、山梨県産のワインやカクテルを飲みながら夜景を眺めるのも良いですね。是非、利用してみてくださね。
