Located in the center of Yuzawa Onsen town, it is highly recommended for its location, which makes it easy to visit the hot springs and eat your way around! It is also a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, making it easily accessible. We enjoyed visiting the hot springs in independent guest cottages building, which is filled with garden atmosphere. There is also an open-air bath. For meals, we had a delicious Buffet made with carefully selected ingredients in the restaurant, which also has a live kitchen.

源泉かけ流しのお風呂がたくさんある

夕食は新潟港直送の海の幸のお造りや和牛、もち豚の他、旬の野菜で出来た創作会席を食べられる。最後の甘酒がまた格別に旨い。朝はこだわりの和朝食で郷土料理の小鉢が沢山並び、炊きたてのコシヒカリのおかわりが止まらない。お風呂は源泉掛け流しの大浴場、庭園風呂と檜風呂があり、それぞれに大岩風呂と露天風呂２ヵ所、内風呂が有る。また、有料(45分間1,000円)だが、内風呂と露天風呂を備えている貸切風呂も有る。風呂は２４時間入れる。加水、加温はしてないが、大浴場内風呂のみ衛生面から循環器は使っている。

館内に薬草風呂や洞窟風呂など、9種類もの浴槽があり、お湯巡りを楽しめる旅館です。また7階には展望露天風呂があり、遠くの谷川岳等を眺められます。お料理は地元の山の幸が新鮮で特別感がある会席プランです。湯沢温泉を代表する旅館の1つです。

天然温泉かけ流しの元湯旅館です。温泉は効能豊かな単純硫黄泉で越後の山並みを眺めながら気持ちよく湯あみできます。夕食は地元食材をふんだんに使った郷土料理会席を基本とし、越後もち豚やにいがた和牛も味わえました。

人気のドーミーホテル系列のホテルがおすすめです。夕食はのどぐろの塩焼付き和食会席等があり、和牛や地酒、山里の恵み等ボリューム満点で、とても贅沢で美味しかったです。大浴場の露天風呂や貸切露天風呂もあり、風情に溢れていて眺めも良くて爽快に贅沢な時間が楽しめました。

The maisonette-type room has a bedroom, open-air bath, indoor bath, and dining room on the first floor. The living room has a deck on the second floor. Both breakfast and dinner are brought to the dining room, so you can eat in your room. You can enjoy a pleasant conversation while eating without worrying about others. For dinner, you can enjoy a creative kaiseki meal that combines Japanese and French cuisine, using carefully selected seafood and mountain produce from Niigata, cooked with high-quality cooking techniques and artistic presentation, so the taste will never disappoint from the appearance.
