We recommend the Hisui no Yado Reimei Hotel. There was a TV in the private bath. There are Japanese-style rooms and Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms have the feel of a hot spring inn, so I recommend them. The food was also very satisfying, with a banquet menu featuring lots of local ingredients.

Although it is located near Lake Kinrin and in a quiet area, it is only a few minutes walk from Yunotsubo Kaido. There are also restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes walk. You can use the large public bath at our sister hotel, Tanokura. After that, please enjoy a walk from corner to corner of Yufuin. The plan without breakfast and dinner is reasonable.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, in independent guest cottages building, with an 8-tatami Japanese-style room and an 8-tatami bedroom. It was quiet and I was able to spend a relaxing time for the first time in a while. Meals were not served in the room, but in the dining building at the back of the main house, and each box seat had a view of Mt. Yufu, so privacy was maintained and it was very nice.

This inn is located in the center of Yufuin tourism, surrounded by Lake Kinrin, Mingeimura, and Yunotsubo Kaido, so it is very convenient for walking around and is recommended.
