玉造温泉で明治18年創業の老舗高級旅館です。こちらの最上階６階の露天風呂付パノラマスイートだと贅沢を感じるお部屋です。また温泉を４つの貸切露天風呂や天窓から陽光差し込む大浴場「月照の湯」で楽しめます。そして食事ですが、島根県産もずくや島根和牛など地元素材を活かした会席料理が食べられます。特に料理に使われている島根県産「コシヒカリ」は絶品ですよ。

明治の古風な外観と松本家具

歴史ある「松本家具」のロビーや大きな風呂場の木製の洗面。ホテルの周りは明治の面影を残す町並みで、徒歩５分の場所に松本城があり、その先に開智学校もあり、日本の古き時代を忍ばせる雰囲気です。少し歩いた場所には、最近の商店街があります。新旧の町並みが楽しめます。

海水浴場から便利で家族で楽しめる

こちらは川奈海水浴場や宇佐美海水浴場よりアクセスが便利で、伊東駅近くに位置します。家族連れに便利な和室の部屋があり、10畳から12畳の部屋にはテラスが付いています。アメニティや設備類も充実していて使いやすかったです。夕食は海鮮をメインとして、60種類のバイキング展開です。和洋中でいろいろなメニューが楽しめました。

おもてなしの心が伝わる高級ホテル

ここは玉造温泉の中でも格調のある高級ホテルで、特に純和風のお部屋はよく手入れされた中庭が見えて落ち着きがありおすすめです。ここのスタッフの方がとても感じが良くて親切だったという印象が、私の一番の思い出でもあります。温泉街のはずれにあり、玉造神社にも近いという立地ですので、比較的周囲が静かで過ごしやすいです。滝を備えた露天風呂や竹林を眺める露天風呂があってとても情緒があります。高級感のある老舗のホテルです。

Cozy and reasonably priced

This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) located in Shima Onsen, Gunma Prefecture. I have stayed there twice, and the food is very healthy and delicious, using seasonal ingredients. Above all, the staff are friendly and unobtrusive, and I felt that they were trying to meet the needs of the guests as much as possible, which made it a very comfortable stay.

サンビーチへの海水浴と仮定すると、海岸近くは宿泊施設は少なく混雑しているので、むしろ水戸駅近くがおすすめです。水戸駅からは鹿島臨海鉄道大洗鹿島線で大洗駅まで行き、バスでサンビーチへ。アクアワールド(大洗水族館)などが目的の場合には、こちらへも大洗駅からバスが出ていますが、こちらがメインの場合には勝田駅近くに宿泊するのもよいでしょう。勝田駅からひたちなか海浜鉄道で那珂湊まで行き、ここからバスになります。この場合、ライフイン勝田駅西か勝田プラザビジネスホテルが便利でしょう。勝田は｢国営ひたち海浜公園｣へも便利です。バスは勝田駅からほぼ２０分おきに出ています。８月ですと｢ジニア｣や｢スカシユリ｣が咲いているのではと思います。

Nikko is popular among foreigners in the Kanto area. Nikko Kanaya Hotel is close to the station, but if you want a hotel with a hot spring, this is the place to go. There is a free shuttle bus from Tobu Nikko Station, so access is not a problem. The hot spring has an open-air bath and a nice atmosphere, and since it is part of the Kanaya Hotel chain, the hospitality is impeccable.

烏丸駅近くの京都の街中へのアクセスに便利なホテル

京都の中心部の烏丸三条にあり、烏丸御池駅から徒歩2分の好立地にあります。英国風の内装なので、京都の風情を無視してしまっていますが、ホテルモントレ京都は落ち着きがあって品のあるホテルだと思います。ハイクラスホテルのわりに、宿泊代がリーズナブルなのも魅力です。最上階の天然温泉スパもありますよ。五山送り火も鑑賞できるプランがあり、最上階で送り火を見ることができます。

It's a traditional Japanese-style hotel that even Japanese people can feel the tradition of, so I think even foreigners who don't like Ryokan (Japanese inn) will like it. It's conveniently located in Hakone, and you can easily access it from the city center by Romancecar, so you can enjoy the travel experience from inside the car, even if you can't drive.
