There are kaiseki plans ranging from the standard kaiseki to different grades, but the standard plan is sufficient to enjoy a meal. If you are staying in the main building, you will be served in your room. You will be able to enjoy a leisurely meal with mother and daughter. In the morning, you can enjoy a Japanese set meal with red miso soup made from Lake Shinji clams and a real hot spring egg.

Rather than staying in Fujiidera, you may have more options if you look for a place to stay around Tennoji Station. The Tennoji Miyako Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Tennoji Station, and has four-person rooms that are perfect for families and groups. From Tennoji Station, you can get to Umeda and Namba with a single subway train, so it's a good place to go sightseeing other than the ancient tombs. There are plenty of places to eat around Tennoji Station, so you won't have any trouble.

This inn is conveniently located near tourist spots such as Lake Shinji and Yaegaki Shrine. In addition, the soft, moisturizing hot springs are available in a variety of baths, including cypress baths and open-air baths, so you can enjoy them to your heart's content. There are also beauty treatment services available, so be sure to enjoy your beauty trip.

The Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line to Fujiidera has a terminal at Tennoji, but there aren't many hotels and it's not a very nice place (though it is Osaka-like). If you have children, I think Umeda is better. It depends on where you're going, but the Landmark Hotel is just north of Osaka Station and close to the airport bus terminal, so it's convenient. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is everything around, so you won't have any trouble finding food. Tennoji is about 15 minutes by JR or subway.

"Kasuien Minami" is a long-established inn with over 130 years of history, and is a classy hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) surrounded by a Japanese garden. The hot spring is a weakly alkaline, high-temperature spring containing chloride salts. It has excellent skin-beautifying effects, making your skin smooth. The open-air bath with a view of the Japanese garden is very tasteful and recommended.

Ryokan (Japanese inn) is located right next to Amami Station, so it's conveniently located. It takes just an hour to get there from Osaka or Namba. It's inexpensive, and not too independent guest cottages from downtown Osaka, yet you can feel nature and peace. The Japanese-style rooms have a sense of elegance and history. I think it's the best choice for people who like to stay in a secluded inn.

There are many ancient tombs in Osaka, but the first one to visit is probably the tomb of Emperor Nintoku. It's close to this hotel. There are also the remains of Sen no Rikyu's residence and Yosano Akiko's birthplace. The twin room had a modern atmosphere and was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast Buffet had a variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was delicious with lots of vegetables. This is a hotel that families can feel comfortable at.
