Hakone Onsen | A place where you can refresh yourself with an open-air bath and sauna

I'm going to Hakone Yumoto Onsen with a friend for a day trip. Are there any lodgings where we can enjoy both the open-air bath and the sauna?

Please tell me where I can stay in Kusatsu Onsen where I can enjoy a sauna and alternating hot and cold baths.

I saw a feature on saunas on TV and would like to try them out. I'm planning to go to Kusatsu Onsen, so please let me know if there are any recommended hotels that have hot spring baths, saunas, and hot and cold alternating baths. I would prefer a hotel that includes meals.
