There are izakayas, supermarkets, and home improvement stores around the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. It's also not that far from the station, a 15-minute walk from JR Zentsuji Station. It's close to Zentsuji, a 10-minute walk away. The next temple, Kinzoji, is about a 20-minute walk away, so it's a conveniently located hotel.
