This hotel is located within a 15-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station, and its hot spring is the largest in Hakone. The entrance fee is a little expensive, but you'll be satisfied with the size of the open-air bath in the sky and the natural hot spring. There are also nap rooms and a restaurant, so you can relax there for half a day.

This is a large Ryokan (Japanese inn) located at the end of a bridge across the Yumoto shopping street from Hakone Yumoto Station. They run a steakhouse, and if you have lunch there, the bath fee is half price, but I highly recommend the day-use bath plan that includes meals. As you would expect from a large Ryokan (Japanese inn), the baths are spacious! Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath, both made entirely of cypress, are spacious and relaxing. I stayed here with five friends, and we really liked how the room was spacious. Even if we stayed at another hotel, we would want to come just to take a bath with meals included. Of course, you can just drop in without meals!

箱根登山鉄道の強羅駅のすぐ目の前にあるホテルです。仕事疲れのリフレッシュということでしたら、たまにはこんな贅沢もよいのではないでしょうか。露天風呂が付いた部屋で過ごせるプランがあり、誰にも遠慮せずゆっくり温泉に入れます。時間帯によっては日帰り入浴客で混んでいるホテルが多いが、このホテルのようなプランを利用するとひとりで気楽にすごせるからおすすめ。

There is a plan that allows you to use a private room for day trips.

Dinner is included and you can rest in your room. I think it is cheaper than other luxury hotels for a plan where you can rest in a private room. It is a little independent guest cottages from Hakone Yumoto Station, but it is about 5 minutes by 100 yen bus. Since it is a hotel of the same chain as Hotel Okada, there is also a plan to use the private rooms of "Yunosato Okada" for day trips, so if you want to enjoy the hot spring atmosphere quickly, I recommend that.

館内に入ると、落ち着いた広いロビーやフロントなどがあります。建物は庭園を囲むように造られていて、大変落ち着く雰囲気のある有名高級旅館です。露天風呂はそんなに広くはないですが、庭園の一部のような趣のある空間になっています。また、食事は伝統的に評判で、玉造温泉では、一番のおすすめの旅館です。

They have a wide range of day trip plans, and while most day trip plans at hot spring inns tend to include Japanese cuisine or kaiseki cuisine, I recommend the hot spring lunch set that comes with a Japanese-style beef stew set! They also offer plans to relax in a room with a hot spring bath, so you can indulge in luxury!

"I can't stay here on a regular budget trip! But I want to feel a little luxurious!" That's when I go for a day trip with a plan that includes lunch. Above all, it's easy to access from the station! It's close! I stay at another hotel on the first day, and after checking out on the second day, I take a walk in front of Yumoto Station, look at souvenirs, and then go to Yumoto Fujiya Hotel for lunch. After that, I take a bath in the hot spring and ride the Romancecar back home, still warm and cozy. It's the best!
