open-air bath with free-flowing water and a view of the snow
Miyama Sakuraan Hotel is a hotel located in Hirayu, Okuhida Onsenkyo. There are rooms with open-air baths, but even regular rooms can use the private open-air baths for free. In winter, it's great to enjoy a relaxing bath while watching the snow. And when the weather is good, you can see a beautiful starry sky. The Hida beef served at the hotel is also delicious.

You can enjoy a wonderful bath to view the snow
Shinhotaka is an area where it snows a lot, and you can enjoy bath to view the snow. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath at this inn. It was a semi-open-air bath, so it was indoors, but the window frames were large and there was no glass inset, so I was able to enjoy the atmosphere just as much as an open-air bath. The room had a warm atmosphere filled with the warmth of wood. All the food was delicious, but the Hida beef was the best. It was a quiet inn.
