Yufuin Iyotomi

This small inn has a total of 22 rooms in the main building and annex, allowing you to spend a quiet and relaxing time. All five baths in the inn can be reserved for private use, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural onsen(hot spring) directly from the source in a private space. The dinner menu, which includes steak, Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）, and sukiyaki made with local Bungo beef, as well as an abundance of local seasonal ingredients, is also excellent.

At this inn, you can stay overnight and have two meals in a relaxing Japanese-style room. For dinner, you can enjoy lava-grilled Oita Wagyu beef and a kaiseki meal made with local vegetables and seafood from the Bungo Channel. In the morning, you can enjoy a Japanese set meal that includes hot spring rice porridge. The baths at this inn use a hot spring source that is over 90 degrees Celsius, which is mixed with spring water from next to Mt. Yufu, and the hot spring water is drawn into the indoor bath, open-air bath, and private bath. The indoor bath is open 24 hours a day.

There are Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and we recommend rooms with shared bathrooms and toilets rather than rooms with shared toilets.

The hot spring has three types of private baths, so the whole family can enjoy it. The food is filling and the chicken dishes are delicious. It is a quiet hot spring inn, close to the center of Yufuin. You will want to go back again. The price is also reasonable.
