You can sing karaoke at snack bars in hot spring town, but the "Kutsurogi no Yado Ikemoto" has karaoke facilities in the banquet hall, and you may be able to use the banquet hall for a group of about 10, so I recommend you inquire. I think you'll have a great time eating and singing karaoke in the banquet hall. If you want to sing more afterwards, it's a good idea to head out to hot spring hot spring town, as it's located close to the town.
