The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort slopes. There is also a hot spring. We stayed in a beautiful Japanese-style room. There were also character rooms as there seemed to be a lot of small children staying there. The large communal bath was spacious both indoors and outdoors, and the open-air bath to view the snow was the best. The food was a Japanese banquet, which was filling and delicious. There was also a drying room and rental facilities for skiers, making it a very comfortable hotel.

This hotel is easily accessible, within a 10-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station. A shuttle service is also available. Parking is free, so we recommend coming by car. The hot spring has an indoor bath made of marble and an open-air bath made of rocks. The open-air bath is impressive, with the source spring flowing like a waterfall. Bathing while watching the snow is extremely pleasant. For meals, you can enjoy local ingredients such as sukiyaki made with local Uonuma vegetables and Echigo beef. The rice is Koshihikari from Uonuma. It is also conveniently located close to the ski resort.
