You can enjoy local cuisine made with local wild plants and vegetables.
For dinner at "Akebiya," you can enjoy delicious local dishes such as Miyuki pork from northern Shinshu, horse meat sashimi, a specialty of Shinshu, and local wild plants and vegetables. Nozawana is famous, but the potato pickles, nemagaritake mushrooms, and bracken with ginger and soy sauce are also quite good. They also serve local sake, so you can enjoy your meal.

The inn is located right next to the bus stop.
Nozawa Onsen has become much more accessible since the Hokuriku Shinkansen opened. This inn is located 25 minutes by direct bus from Iiyama Station, right next to the Nitta bus stop. Meals are local cuisine made with Shinshu Miyuki pork, horse sashimi, rainbow trout, and local wild plants and vegetables. The baths in the building are heated, but you can visit soto-yu (public bathhouses) for free.
