How about spending some time at Hotel Kowakuen Haruka? The large observation bath, accessible by elevator reserved for guests, offers Breathtaking view view of not only the Dogo onsen(hot spring) Main Building but also Matsuyama Castle. If you don't like the large public baths, there are also private baths available.
The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from Dogo onsen(hot spring) Main Building and Dogo Haikara Street.
