11Hotel rankings chosen by people
- The hotel is located in Oku-Hida, where snow is deep in the winter. The spacious open-air bath overlooking Mount Yari offers the ultimate blissful time. Meals are kaiseki (traditional Japanese course) meals made with local ingredients, including delicious Hida beef. In the winter, you can relax around the fireplace in the lobby, enjoying an indescribably relaxing time. This is the perfect resort for adults.ぽよよん's answer (Posted on:2014/12/12)

It warms you to the core.
- This is the royal road of hot springs. The cloudy white water is hot and rich. You can experience your hair freezing while your body warms up while soaking in the open-air bath. The food is delicious in buffet style, and although the rooms are a little old due to their history, they are clean and they also lend out humidifiers.かないく's answer (Posted on:2014/12/12)

Many private hot springs
- The location was good and there were souvenir shops nearby, so it was easy to choose souvenirs. In addition to the large public bath, there were several private hot springs, so I couldn't use them all. The food was delicious, the staff were well trained, and I had a comfortable stay. I'd like to stay again!NULL's answer (Posted on:2014/12/16)

I had a great time staying here in the summer, so I'd like to experience snow too.
- I visited Zao this summer. I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Zao's beautiful hot springs and the beautiful inn. The ropeway was originally a ski resort facility, so next time I'd like to enjoy skiing. It was conveniently located next to the ski resort, so I think I'll be able to enjoy Zao in the winter too.かじゅある's answer (Posted on:2014/12/13)

First sunrise and first shrine visit of the year in Ise
- Oishiya Ryokan (Japanese inn) is located on the coast of Futamigaura, close to Ise Shrine. The reason we recommend this inn is that it is a great place to stay in winter, especially during New Year's. First, enjoy the first sunrise of the year. Right in front of you are the famous married couple, and the sun rises between the two rocks. Enjoy this. After that, head out to visit Ise Shrine. It's about 20 minutes by car, or 50 minutes by train. This is a recommended inn.のむた's answer (Posted on:2014/12/13)

Buffet of freshly cooked food.
- This is Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Oshuku Onsen, Iwate Prefecture. Pick-up service is available from Morioka Station, so it is convenient. The rooms are elegant Japanese-style rooms, so you can relax. In rooms with an open-air bath, you can use the bath with 100% natural hot spring 24 hours a day. From the open-air bath, you can see the mountain range of Mt. Iwate. There is also a private bath, so it is recommended for use with close friends. Dinner is Buffet style, and you can enjoy steak and tempura cooked right in front of you. There is a wide variety of dishes.ウイングチップ's answer (Posted on:2014/12/10)

Great value for money and the hot springs were fantastic
- Kurokawa Onsen has become very poor value for money since it became famous, but this inn was good. The room was calm and clean, and the staff was very considerate. The hot spring was cloudy, and there were reclining Lying-down bath and standing baths, and all the baths were great. The hot spring was good, but the food was especially amazing!! The taste, quality, and quantity of both breakfast and dinner were all good.PP's answer (Posted on:2014/12/10)

Recommended accommodations for winter
- I recommend Hakone. I stayed at the Sengokuhara Onsen Hotel Green Plaza Hakone in the summer. The staff told me that it's easier to see Mt. Fuji in the cold season, so I wanted to stay there in the winter. You can see Mt. Fuji while soaking in the open-air bath.MYGLORIA's answer (Posted on:2016/5/14)

A hotel with hot springs where you can also ski
-
I go skiing with my family in the winter. As this is a hot spring resort that people want to stay in the winter, we searched for a good inn in Honshu where we could ski in the winter and enjoy the hot springs, and chose this one. Skiing has gone downhill lately, so most hot spring inns at ski resorts are just old buildings that have been dragged along, but this one is different. Even now, it is well maintained and gets better every year. In particular, the view from the open-air bath, which blends in with the ski resort below, is wonderful. It is located halfway up the ski resort, so the hot spring has a good sense of independence. Even people who don't ski can enjoy the view.とろとろ's answer (Posted on:2016/4/16)

You can experience bath to view the snow
- Ginzan Onsen is a popular hot spring in Yamagata. Why not stay at the well-equipped Ginzanso? The large open-air bath is attractive, and you can enjoy a fantastic view, especially at night. Also, soaking in the reclining bath, one level below the open-air Lying-down bath, while enjoying bath to view the snow is the best.おかか99's answer (Posted on:2016/8/20)
11. Sanso Murata

A luxury inn with the best hot springs in Yufuin
- A few years ago, I wanted to try Murata's famous roll cake, "P Roll," so I went to the cafe space at Murata. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the service was polite and unobtrusive, even though it is one of the most famous Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Yufuin, which left a very good impression on me. I would definitely recommend warming your body and soul with the hot springs, the warm building, and the polite service during the cold winter months.鉄仙's answer (Posted on:2015/12/ 4)
