Visiting Yamagata for sightseeing. Staying 1 night at Zao Onsen. I want to relax in a Rotenburo (open-air bath). Need recs for an inn famous for its baths (quality/atmosphere).

- This hot spring inn places great importance on hospitality. The inn has a natural hot spring that flows directly from the source. A gazebo is built over the huge wooden bathtub. It's a beautiful European-style hotel with great karaoke rooms!
- Besides the baths inside the hotel, there is one in front of the hotel, a little further independent guest cottages in the "independent guest cottages Hyakuhachiho". The hot spring is in "independent guest cottages Hyakuhachiho", but it closes at 23:00. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath are beautiful, nostalgic wooden buildings. The large public bath on the first floor of the hotel is open 24 hours a day, both indoor and two types of open-air baths. Although it is not a hot spring, the weak alkaline mineral spring is said to be effective in relieving fatigue. There is also a sauna, but it is open until 21:00.
