• This is a lovely inn with a history and atmosphere where Shiga Naoya's novel was born! The interior of the building has a 300-year history, and the beautiful garden that appears in the novel is wonderful. The food is especially appealing. You can enjoy seasonal kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）one dish at a time in your room, making it perfect for couples. The snow crab and Tajima beef are especially delicious, and you can also have delicious amazake yogurt in the morning.
