  • Visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine before taking your exams! Reasonably priced hotels in Fukuoka

Before my child takes the university entrance exam, I'm thinking of going to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in Fukuoka to pray for success. My daughter wants to go to the Starbucks at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Please let me know a hotel that is reasonably priced and recommended for families.

  • The nearest station is Gion Station, but it is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hakata Station. There is a bus from Hakata Station to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. The recommended points of this hotel are the large natural hot spring bath and the free Yonakisoba (noodles sold by a hawker at night). The accommodation fee is also reasonable, so you can stay here without hesitation.

  • The location is convenient, just two subway stops from Fukuoka Tenjin Station near Gion Station, and about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. Dazaifu is about 30 minutes away by Nishitetsu train from Fukuoka Tenjin Station. The rooms here are typical business hotels, but above all, they come with hot springs. And they're natural. Dazaifu is a bit of a walk from the station, so a hot spring is a welcome relief for tired bodies.
