Please tell me about a hot spring inn in Hida Takayama where I can eat Hida beef!
This is my first trip with my boyfriend. We are looking for Ryokan (Japanese inn) where we can eat Hida beef, a specialty of Gifu Prefecture, and enjoy hot springs. We are thinking of a budget of about 15,000 yen per person per night.

This inn serves delicious Hida beef grilled on a hoba leaf. Hida beef is naturally delicious when eaten as is, but it is also exquisite when eaten with hoba miso, a local dish of Takayama. I think you can enjoy the local gourmet food. Also, perhaps because the water is clean in this area, the bread at breakfast is especially delicious and recommended. A hotel with a great view, spacious hot springs, and satisfying food
- A free shuttle bus runs regularly from Takayama Station, so it's convenient to get there from the station. The views from the rooms and open-air baths are amazing, and the breakfast Buffet is filling and satisfying. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable.
