My three friends and I are planning a trip to see the Kamakura Snow Festival in Yokote, Akita, next February. We're looking for a hotel with a budget of around 20,000 yen per person, per night. Are there any places that serve Akita's famous Kiritanpo Nabe for dinner and also have an onsen (hot spring)?

There is a large public bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, and utase-yu（a stream of hot water falling down on your shoulders like a small waterfall）, so I enjoyed it to the fullest.
