How about visiting Kinosaki Onsen in northern Hyogo Prefecture? In the hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) around here, crab dishes start being served in unison in winter. The crab dishes, which are made using only carefully selected crabs, are the best!

How about visiting Sakaiminato, which boasts the largest crab harvest on the Japan Sea side of Tottori Prefecture? For breakfast, we were able to make our own seafood bowl and enjoy fresh seafood and crab to our heart's content.
