You'll feel at ease knowing the hotel is just a 30-second walk from Izumoshi Station, so there's no chance of getting lost, even on a first-time solo trip. The bus stop for Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine is right in front, making it the perfect base for sightseeing. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. I especially loved the spacious and spotless bathroom; it was so relaxing. Another huge plus for female travelers is the amenity bar in the lobby, stocked with things like makeup remover and skin toner. It's a really nice touch!

歌手の竹内まりやさんの実家であることでも有名な旅館です。それを差し引いても出雲で一、二を誇る有名旅館だと思います。出雲大社駅前から徒歩4分で、出雲大社のすぐ近くと立地が良いです。老舗旅館で日本の歴史を感じつつ風情があります。古い旅館ですが、リニューアルもされていて、お部屋と館内は掃除も行き届いて綺麗です。料理も和風で見た目も華やかで美味しいです。

JR出雲市駅及び一畑電鉄に隣接し、市内散策に出雲大社、日御碕灯台、出雲ドーム、出雲ワイナリー(ワイン無料試飲＆お土産品試食自由)等市内観光見学にとても便利。ホテルには松江しんじ湖温泉尚温泉に浸かりながら、レイクビューができます。ここを拠点に松江方面ですと玉造温泉、宍道湖、八重垣神社、松江城、ラフカディオ・ハーン旧居がおすすめです。

ホテルはJR出雲市駅よりバスで5分のところにあります。清潔感があり従業員の対応も好感が持てます。出雲大社や周辺の観光の拠点としておすすめです。ホテルのベッドが心地よくて、食事もとても美味しいです。朝食はパイキング式で新鮮な地元食材を使った和食と洋食があります。事前予約で夕食もありますが周辺にも飲食店があるので外で食べるのも良さそうです。
