They have a wide variety of sake, including the sake "Echi no Hatsuume." The food was delicious local cuisine made with local ingredients, and it went really well with the sake. You can relax in open-air bath while looking out at the garden, and the rooms also have a great panoramic view of Nature, so it was a really nice inn.

They have a wide selection of local sake from Niigata, a sake-producing region. You're guaranteed to drink until you're full of seasonal fish and produce caught in the Sea of Japan. 新潟で日本海を一望できる宿。部屋から望む夕日はもちろんのこと、露天風呂もとても広くて内湯からも夕日が望めます。サウナも角度によってはみえますね。風呂上がりのお水、タオル（部屋にあるもののほかに用意）のサービスも良かったです。何よりも食事がおいしい！！夕食も朝食も大満足でした。１泊でなく２泊はしたい温泉です。

This is a convenient inn located right next to the ropeway station. This is more like a mountain hut than Ryokan (Japanese inn). It had a homey and comfortable atmosphere. The bath is like a public bath and the rooms are simple, but the view of nature from the window was a pleasant awakening. The food was delicious and homemade, and I enjoyed eating. It was a relaxing inn that was different from a luxury hotel.

This inn is in the best location for bath to view the snow. For that reason, we recommend a slightly more tasteful inn. This inn does not have air conditioning so you can feel the nature. It is cold in the winter, so you will need to borrow a stove. Although it is deep in the mountains, the food is plentiful and not a feast, but you can enjoy the local ingredients.

蟹の食べ放題なら、大江戸温泉物語がおすすめです。以前、友人と歴史スポット巡りで会津若松に行った際にここに泊まりました。予約が必要ですが、会津若松駅からホテルまで送迎バスを利用できて便利でした。大浴場や露天風呂がとても広くて開放的で、心ゆくまで温泉を満喫できました。夕食は種類豊富なバイキング形式で、地元の食材を使った料理や、ライブキッチンでの出来立てメニューが特に印象的でした。カニ食べ放題も充実していて、思う存分楽しめました。

福岡からドライブと日帰り入浴で何度か行きました。（高級ホテルなのでなかなか泊まれない！）露天風呂がとても広くて目の前には山々が広がり絶景です！そして湯上りには「喫茶BanBan」の昔ながらのプリンがおすすめ。昭和時代の喫茶店で食べることができた固めのプリンで、これが目当てで通っています。館内は和風で木のぬくもりがあります。食事は日本の季節に応じた食材を使用していて親御さんも喜ぶのでは？と思います。
